Not much doing over the last week.
    Discovered that my motor is not the original 1200 as i thought. It's a 1500 instead..........Happy days - #H0212618
Took off front wheels and drums to have an inspect of the brakes, i'll replace slave cylinders and pads while it's all a part.

Q: can you buy riverted pads or will these have to be relined?

    Hi Andrew,

I'm not sure if all splits are the same, but......

    - I removed the 4 bolts - 2 at each end of the door

    - Next if you feel up under the window frame you should find 3 or 4 nuts that need to be removed.(either 8 or 10mm)
    - Don't remove any of the nuts for the Qtr window as this comes out with the main frame.
    - The window frame should now lift,i found that if i didn't lift it out square it would jam.

    Hope this helps mate

You can buy the shoes new, I have found it cheaper than having the old ones re-lined.
