This cute bundle of spikes was busy burrowing under a fallen wattle tree.
The kids found this bower construction a few weeks ago with just all blue treasures but it couldn’t have been spectacular enough for its mate. We returned earlier this week to find an array of yellow objects in the mix including wattle blossoms, hay and a cockies crest feather.
