I just have a few questions regarding the inner sill bungs. I am going around blasting dust and crap out of our 75 inner sills, and anywhere else I can get into while the engine is away getting rebuilt. However I cant seem to get the bungs out without absolutely butchering them. Is there some special technique to getting them out in one unbutchered piece? Also, I'm trying to find some replacements for the hacked ones, just wondering what they would be listed as? Thanks for any help

Try prizing out the smaller circle first to loosen the tension on the rear.

Thanks Aspro, that's how I thought they would work and have tried that. If I'm lucky I get the inner part out about 1mm but as soon as try to prize the outer out, the inner goes back in again. Will put some wd-40 on them and try again tomorrow. Has anyone ever seen replacements?

You can get bungs from Clark Rubber.
