The Kombi Club Bus Stop will be held at Griffith N.S.W. over the Easter weekend 18th to 21st April 2014.
Griffith is 600 kms from Sydney and 500 kms from Melbourne
The location is the Griffith Caravan Village, Mackay Avenue ( Leeton Road )
    Proprietors Keith and Pearl Millard
    Phone/Fax 02 69623785. Email askmeatgcv@hotmail.com

Prices for the Easter weekend per night :-
    Unpowered sites $26
    Powered sites $31
    Ensuite ( 2 only ) $37
Prices are for two people. Extras $10 per adult, $5 per child
Two Kombis will be allowed on some of the drive through sites but there will be only one power supply.
Cabins range from $60 to $94. for two people. Extras $18 per adult, $13 per child .
Deposit is one night accommodation. No refunds unless notice is given two weeks before booking date.

Please give serious consideration about coming to Griffith and book early rather than later. Griffith is a busy place at Easter and the sites will not be held for the Kombi Club indefinitely.
Please also be prepared to participate in the Kombi activities over the weekend.

The Griffith Caravan Village is not a big park and we are hoping almost all the park will be Kombi Club members which will ensure a friendly social atmosphere.
    Sorry no pets allowed.
An itinerary has been planned for the weekend but this will have to be fine tuned as the time gets closer.

I'm confused, if the Bus Stop 2014 is in Griffith what is the thread Perth for Bus Stop 2014 about. Sounds like Griffith 2014 is confirmed so is Perth 2014 another Bus Stop?

Perth is for the folks attending TBS at Griffith & then continuing on over the Nullabor afterwards.
The thread kind of mutated from a pitch for WA hosting TBS 2014 - which was unsuccessful - to one suggesting a convoy across the Nullabor to Perth after the event at Griffith.
    Cheers, Mark

PERTH is being planned as an extension destination AFTER the official Bus Stop at Griffith for anyone who has the time or can afford to do the trip to Perth. I think most would agree it would be out of the question for most members so this is the perfect solution. :)

Mind you there are going to be a lot of jealous members waving the crew off on their way to Perth. I would give my eye teeth to be able to join them.

Emailed Keith and Pearl this afternoon to book a powered site.

I turn 60 early next year, so no use mucking around. The older I get, the faster time flies, so Bus Stop 2014 will soon enough come around :)

When I booked, I rang & spoke to Keith directly.
Nice fella & easy to deal with, however was not too keen on e-mails/internet....(his words), so it may be a short wait before you get an e-mail response from whomever is delegated to answer.
Not that there'll be a shortage of sites at this early stage, just sayin'.
    Cheers, Mark

Got an email from Keith. Looks like they don't do any booking via email or direct transfers, so will have to book via phone.

For those with a four legged friend, there is a convenient pet boarding kennel in Griffith:

    http://www.griffithpetresort.com.au/

There are also kennels in nearby Nerrandera and Leeton.
