I just got back from Byron Bay, and I must say, I'm astounded at how many kombis are there.
On friday, I counted 23 kombis in one day.
(That figure is bays and splittys only - there were too many T3's to bother counting.)

I spotted Judy on Thursday in her splitty. I waved but she didn't see me (I was a pedestrain).

There's a heap of photos, which are yet to be developed. I'll post them up as soon as I get them.

Byron Bay is actually the location for the captive "Kombi breeding" program. They seem to congregate at certain times of the year to mate.

I would've yelled out, but i was a little bit too late!
I think I had more kombi waves in 4 days than I've had since owning my kombi...
    It was swell :D

Actually, I got some Lions Tail herb from the shop, but it didn't really do anything, haha.
"traditionally smoked for dancing" - It didn't make me dance.

I'd love to catch up as well,:) I have a few business commitments at the moment but hopefully we can arrange a get together on one of my free days.
