It feels real now, tolled the Kombis out of garage, washed and started packing.
Andy was coming down the day after me in his Commodore but today he changed his mind so whoo hoo he'll be bringing this.

Mildred now has her own 'Kombi Club' sticker too.

The pile in my lounge room that started two weeks ago keeps growing as I think of stuff I'd forgotten. Thank goodness we drive Kombis and not minis!!!!

Wish I could join you but still plenty to do. :(
You should see mine! I even managed to borrow 4 large bollards from our Council. I saw the mayor in Nimbin the other day and asked her.....no worries.

Thats what iPods are for - you play Midnight Oil on the stereo and the other half has Dixie Chicks in her ears on the iPod.

Motown & old 60's and 70s up loud, just to cover the engine noise. Andy hates it. Best thing about not coming on the Same day, he can have his Rolling Stones as loud as he likes too.

I reckon when the traffic comes up behind Mildred and then sees the Kombi Club sticker they are going to groan, especially up the hills.

All I'm hearing every morning from my 4 year old girl is "are we doing the easter egg hunt today dad, where is Melissa has she hidden the eggs", is she really the easter bunny".

We are packed and ready to go, leaving Wednesday morning and I'm excited as well.

Steve, tell your little girl that I am on a special mission from the Easter Bunny - the real Easter Bunny couldn't be there.

I like the way you think Chrissy. :D I remember last year heading to one of the events, Andy looked in his rear view mirror and commented 'get a go at this coming past, I would love to have this car'. It was a Mercedes sports car. As it past the gent driving almost ran off the road waving and thumbs upping us. How nice was that.
