OK i've done all the research...and found the right curtain track for a Kombi. I've bought a 5mt length, gone home and then discovered that I can buy it in white...for double the price, but it will look better... Can you ALL PLEASE post curtain track (curtain ) pics

We have the white stretchy coated wire stuff, curtain is threaded through, hooks at each end of the windows.

Where do you get that stretchy white wire from? - I tried various material supply places (eg spotlight) and they all give me that blank "what r u talkin about" look.

I went to order that track from caravans plus on line last night and they wanted to charge me $30 for postage and a $20 surcharge is that correct ??? Anyone know where I can get it cheaper or pick up on the gold coast ???

Terri, did you do your own pop riveting and if so how easy /hard was it and did you hire or buy it? Also, how many runners per curtain? I'm thinking about 10?? Cheers, Deb

No, I had a handy male friend do it... he's experienced with pop riveting, so it looked easy. I'm sure if I had done it, it wouldn't have worked out so well. From memory, I think you're supposed to have one clip every 10 cm for the gathering to look really good.
