Funny video about carb set ups. Strong language, viewer discretion.

Yeh it's funny but the comments about twin carbs being rubbish is the stupidest thing i've ever heard. This guy just hasn't got a clue how to set them up. Use the correct linkage and you will hardly ever need to touch them again.

That was funny ... not informative

If you learn one thing from that, don't take your car to him to be fixed. :p
One thing that I would tend to agree with if it is running well leave it alone.
    That's not bad advice.
The dual carb advice is a joke though.
Come and check out our cars anytime you like.

I like adjusting dual carbs and the smile they bring when you put the foot down. I like dual carbs and the fact i am just resting my foot on the pedal in fourth at 60kph. I like dual carbs and that throaty sound they make when their opened up. I like dual carbs and the look of them. Leave the progressives on your Cortina.

    Moderator! C word being used!!!

Agree with the dual comments but cant say I hear throaty sounds when I pedal to the metal. Must be the matteress in the tin tent that hushes the roar!

^^ The C word.........? next to the VW - the Mk1 Cortina is an awesome beast to be both admired & feared for its performance. Love 'em. Cheers, Mark
