Do you need a first generation pre 67 spit window Kombi (apparently a Real Kombi, to some), to attend, or are the next generations welcome too?

Didn't ask them. I guess if you reckon it's a Kombi then you should turn up;). So weird...those splitties are odd to be in...the T3's so nice to be in....& the bay just cruises along:).
    Cheers

The pic clearly shows their idea of a Kombi, a T1..... the first generation splittie.

If you guess any further generation to be a Kombi, go for it.....they’ll probably accept any rear engine VW bus as a Kombi.

Not sure I'm seeing the same photo Grantus. It's got a 73 bumper & no low lights & a D air intake. But I'm sure all kombi's are welcome:).
    Cheers

I knew that as a bay owner. It was just about organising Kombi stuff & conflicting dates. This also happens with Berri Blast & Nimbin occasionally!
Cheers & have a great T3 catch up;)

    Not at all.

There are many all VW events, for all years........ lots of old school beetle events...... some Kombi only events.

They are all each to their own, and some worth attending, some not.

Up to all of us, to decide which ones we want to, or can attend.
