just wondering if the dash from a 77 would fit and sit in a 72 lowie...
not sure if the dimensions changed between models.
    thanks,
    billy.

Not too sure Billy. The dash's did change slightly through the years. First major change will be the heater controls changed from 4 levers to 3, but you could always use your old cluster.

Other changes are where the dash mounts to the steering column. This changes from early to late bays. Another change is the screws on either side. I think they changed from 2 to 3. Yours being a crossover I'm not sure how your dash is set up.

Keep in mind the dash also breaks down into sections so you may be able to interchange things with your dash. What part of your dash is knackered?

Sure can Billy. Padded section is the same for 68-79. If you just need to remove the grab handle it should be an easy fix. Glove box will have to come out and it should have 2 x 10mm nuts holding it in place.
