It is amazing what some people are capable of doing and achieveing when they buck the conventional wisdom of the time!

3rd page! better get my ass into gear...

had a little bit of time today so decided to pull the poptop apart to decide if i need to go with a new bellow?? No way, this thing has come up like new, never knew how great domestos is!!!has a few small tears, but nothing that can't be fixed.

also need to get some new clamps made up as these things are totally gone.

panel work is still quite slow as i wait for the p'beater to get his stuff organised, as he's doing this in his spare time... he wants to get cracking in the next week or two and get it out of his yard. good news for him, better for me : D

Although it doesn't show up all that great, that neptune blue is real nice. Got a bit of green in it by the looks?

I know, I thought that $40 for what I paid and $5for the add cost was all I would get. It went to that price almost straight away. Shame that the rest of the crap from the depo isn't going so quick, I am on clean out mode in preparation for starting the surgery on Bernie aroung Christmas (hopefully).

got a bit more work done on Martha yesterday, almost all of the welding is done, just need to finish of getting her nice and straight with some filler, then its time to undercoat. pics from yesterday.

new guard welded in on RHS-put a bit of fibreglass filler over the welds.
finished the welding on sliding door.
tagged in a piece on drivers door.
    tailgate metal fully welded in.

just need to do the front drivers floor, and we will be on our way with the mammoth job of sanding ahead of us.
