    Spun the wheels around and put the round part to the bottom.. All fixed! :D

    Resto I think Lorraine.
    But that could all change once I get it home and see what I really am working with.
    So far I KNOW there is rust under the battery, passenger door (outer skin), inside sill of one back window (left outside for 5 years with the qtr window open....) & a bit on the floor under said window..
    Just trying to get keys sorted so it's easier to move around.

    You of all peeps should know its a 72 - check the front arches and the rear air intake vents.

    Still a great bus though.

    Next years models started around August, after they retooled the machinery over their summer break....

    So yes, December 71, they were making 72 models. ;)

    As Grant said - its a 72 after August (roughly).

    Note yours was like my 71 - made by Australian Motor Producers Limited - with only a brief mention of Volkswagen at the time - think that was to get around the local producers rules.
