Actually there are some fantastic shots here I always forget to take a look - glad I did today. I misplaced my camera about 2 months ago and after searching and searching I have come to the conclusion that it is totally lost so now going to buy another one - not impressed but what can you do and yes I have retraced my steps and know the last time I had it but alas it will not show itself!!! I was having a look at this thread a few weeks ago and was proper impressed with some of your snaps! We've recently been inspired and bought ourselves a new DSLR and I'm getting back into editing. here's the first couple of shots :) Starting naturally with my beloved bus!!

Hey Liss, as soon as you go to put the new one away you'll find the old,"lost", one ;)
    Cheers, Mark

haha Mark probs but I am still have to put off buying a new one to save for my move and buy parts for the DG - I am missing being able to take shots badly but priorities are priorities - there is a 3rd son that hasn't given me my Mother's day present yet but then again I just realised as I was typing this he is bringing me my first grandchild - oh shite will just have to wait longer

    cat'n'camera- the perfect angle

Is this an optical illusion or is my daughters cat really a professional photographer?
Can we call her a Catographer?

My mate Pierre who runs Panda Photographics (http://www.pandaphotographics.com.au/
in Toowoomba was mucking around with his SLR and used a rapid shooting sequence with Lucy the cat.

I reckon this is a great shot and he should have sold it to Canon for squillions!

You let a cat play with a 5D?!
I'm really confused by that picture, it doesn't look right, I thought the camera would be much bigger compared to the cat???

I'm currently participating in a photography challenge with some friends. 2 photos a week for 20 weeks, each photo to be of a pre-determined theme.
Good opportunity to learn my way around our camera (Nikon d7000)

Grasabi - Very cool photos, any chance you want to PM the list to me - sounds like fun. I've been so caught up in my studies I'm forgetting to look to the beauty in life. - Liss
