    Hey @mrfj55,
Had to turn the sound down on my computer:p. Could you please yell quietly;).
Just don't yell on the forum and we'll have a coffee together:cool: after the run.
    Cheers

Reckon mrfj55 wasn't intentionally yelling, more like expressing enthusiastic EXCITEMENT of a big day out on the beaches? :D

Can’t make this......number one son and girlfriend are flying in from the US on Sunday morning. I really hope the weather clears up. Surf has been great lately......if you like chocolate milkshake conditions.....was spooked yesterday morning, early at the Joey by a large swirl in the water close by.....time to go in me thinks !
Have a great run and please post pics here, not just on youinnstantfacelesstwitbook......
    cheers, Mark

Nah....I’ve been in the water here for over 50 years.....never seen a turtle.
Penguins, seals, dolphins, large pelaegics and sharks are the locals around here.........the proximity to the river mouth, heavy rains, and colour of the water made a speedy exit an easy decision!
    Cheers,

Mark..you should surf freshy more often. No big teeth fish here. Just turtles.
Shame you can’t make the cruise. A run to the airport instead is not the same.

For the third year in a row I’m going to have to give it a miss. The recent rain flooded our garage and basement. My daughter came home today from 5 months in Japan so I’ve only had a few hours this afternoon to look at the flooding problem. I’ve found we’ve got a rusted down pipe, but also water coming straight through the wall. So I’ve got to remove the garden along the side of the house, landscape the ground to fall away from the house, lay thick builder’s plastic on the ground, run a drainage line along the low end of the builder’s plastic and then fill the whole thing with drainage gravel. Needs to be done before the next storm
