    Hi all,
Lookin for a nice spot for a weekend chillout away from the crowds on a mountain river just 3hrs nth of Sydney? (3.5+ Kombi time)
Check out 'Poleys Place' on the Thunder bolts way, Barrington.
Great camping spot on the river, located a few kms from town so supplies are never far away, its a working farm but still has your needy amenities, no power but you can bring your mutt.
Some long weekends they have an open air music hoe down, a blast! (easter & sept), a must do!
Great for sit on kyaking & inner tubes, gold mines to discover & the Barriton Tops to explore, very laid back place, cool people with the odd Kombi!
    Well worth checking out.

    Hi Tony
Yeah great spot used to camp there in the camper trailer'even stayed in the small hut on the corner near the stage'
the only problem we had was the amount of flys being a working property you were never 2mtrs away from a cow bomb ,Winter is best
