This 1970 baywindow rolled into my life back in 2003.The previous owner sold it to me under the condition that i leave the Say" Hi" Bessie sticker on the back window.Well i've owned Bessie for 7 years now and i have stuck to my word.
However i reckon its time for a change especially after walking around all those classic machines at Wintersun.
So off come all those cheap and nasty looking stickers and the crayola crayon flowers..reckon she's looking better already.

Next job is a degrease and Ankor Wax removal....and start all over again.

I'll be keen to see this one, but just for the record, I think Bessie looks mighty fine as is.

Go to town on Bessie and maybe even throw in a mural.

Any healthy low-light looks great in my opinion.

    Cheers,

I found it great to use,it has really protected Bess and its incredibly easy to apply.
It covers easily,i did Bess with a 1 litre can and had some left over.

And we all know how well murals look on these ;)

Good to hear that the Ankor Wax worked out well. I'm just about to do the same to our '71. I've been experimenting with it on our '52 split (Chev) and it actually buffs up reasonably well.

Ooooh, she'll be a new girl. She's lovely already, but I can't wait to see what you do to her. You're a talented young fella, so she'll look gorgeous. :)
