Thanks for taking the pictures of YD. He looks like he fit in pretty good! Those are the best pictures I have seen yet.
Did you guys set your record? I went to a show here and they set a record for the most people stuffed into a VW bug. The old record was 15 set in Argentina and they were able to get 17 into this one. I actually stayed late just to see it happen!
What a great turn out and so many great looking Kombis, Classics, and even one Square Back. At least that is what we call them over here. We had a new one in 72 and we had four kids. We took a 2000 mile trip (one way) and pulled a small pop up camper! GREAT TIMES!!!!! We traded for a bus when we got back and it happened to be a 1974!

Absolutely awesome time, even with feeling quite seedy the next day. Firstly Id like to apologise for something I feel I really shouldnt have done, On the saturday night I fire twirled whilst quite drunk, I feel in hindsight it is something I should not have done in front of children or for that matter at all, i was not hurt or anything like that, I merely think it was the wrong thing for me to have done, and would like to sincerely apologise to anyone who may have been offended, no drinks before gloshow from now on.

On a much lighter note, I think I can speak for Mel and a couple of others when I say thanks 3amigos for posting pics of us from the saturday and not the sunday when we werent so bright looking or feeling.

Now for some pics, I had to go a fair way up the road to try and get a pic that covered the whole event, the turnout was fantastic. The actual show area was on the other side of the large trees in the centre area, the vans in the foreground were overflow as the evnt outgrew the staging area.
