    Hey Guys,
Seeing as i have another older Resto project coming along in better condition and i need the shed space and money i have to sell off Sergeant Pepper
And of course a condition of the sale is that he keeps the name
Anyway i was wondering where the best place to sell this is?
And how much you reckon i could get for him
Hes a 1965 13 Window Aussie built Splitscreen
    .no engine
.pretty bad rust in most areas
but heres some photos to help and if you need any more to help let me know
Also this Kombi is located in Wensleydale, Victoria just near geelong

Where to put it up for sale - 3 forums Kombi Club, AussieVeeDubbers & DSK. Latter 2 will no doubt get some banter going and if you price is too high.

Price is what you're prepared to offload it for and be happy. If you get back what you paid for it then you'd have to be happy.

You better count the number of windows again before listing for sale.

would three thousand be an alright price to start with, it may be asking a bit much but some people really crave old splittys

$3000 is too cheap in my opinion however that is just me. I would start at $0.99 on ebay. You should easily get $5000 +.

We've had this discussion before Will! It'll be interesting to see how you go mate. As the owner of three splits, I'd be interested to know what it's worth is! Good luck with the sale.

Seeing as my new splitty doesnt have any rear set up at all eg differential, axel, gearbox, engine, wheels
i thiught abotu pinching what i can from the Sergeant, but that wouldnt be a smart idea would it seeing as im looking to sell?
or does anyone know if i can get all that set up for the back from somewhere?
