T3 Power Mirrors Available Again OEM NEW

    The secret is to live near the coast, get them in the correct position and wait a few months for them to rust solid in your happy spot....:D

    Yes Ken....they all are.

    I have some mirrors I have bought from rusty wrecks and they were literally rusted solid...tried to undo the nut holding them and the bolt and nut just sheared off...They are fun!

    I replaced the failed floppy OEM's with Landrover Defender. Much happier now.

    I managed to purchase 2 pairs of VW electric T3 mirrors, over the years, and really very happy with them. Seriously, VW should have issued them to ALL T3’s.

    Fit once, & forget. :)

    No more floppy originals, no more trying to balance the amount to tighten the nut before breaking, and def not ever requiring to try and repair the failed ones, with “carbon fibre assembly paste”, or similar. ;)

    Might be a stupid question but, do the electric mirrors fold flat in tight situations and then pop back??? Love the Defenders coz they do.
