Man, you are getting taken for a ride with those quotes!

Unless you were embellishing them a little for entertainments sake!

That's what it's like in the real world.

    TT oil change $300-$600

Change brake light switch on master cylinder = $900

New key for Subaru Outback $800

thats ok...im just excited about getting my bonnie back after a couple months.

driven it little since november really.

so with engine and box and brakes and gearshift repairs amongst a few other things i am up for around 8 and a bit K.

We have cut our food bill in half, lost weight as a result.
    Been very conservative with electricity.
    changed our phone plan.
    No take aways..
Saved as much as we could and asked for a little bit extra credit.

Finally got there and then some left over.
    Bank balance is in ruins
    Credit looks very sick

I even had to knock back my $1500 Personally made Yew warbow from england..wont have it till xmas now.

All we want to do is drive around looking proud.
    Go camping with the dogs.
and get out of the bleeding commodore.

She will drive like a dream when you get back behind the wheel. It will all be worth it.

Love the look of that Antique Silver Hammertone.... I bet that coating would hide minor tinware dents etc ( Not that there would be any on yours :) )
