So are you guys telling me my 165/50 R15 tyres with a 73 load rating are no good????

Tyre threads are so funny. Such a touchy topic. :D

    Great.

    for wheelbarrows :)

Pommie requirements more lax or just the desire to have family jewels dragging the ground ?

If the tyre that I am riding on ie thicker stronger and more stable on the road then I am happy, but every body needs are different but with me , safety is paramount, and I shall stay with the LTs for the moment. and by the way here in Sth Aust the Toyo tyres worked out to be cheaper at $110 each.

Has anyone ever worked out what the load rating is for a T1 or T2?

    A T3 is around 96 so a T1 or T2 would probably be a bit less.

What tyres would be recommended for 15" alloys? I have 911 Fuch replicas.

width is 5.5". tyre with probably 205 or 195. 215/65 is too wide to go low.

I have 185/65/15 on the rear of mine Kai on a 5.5in wheel et22. Revs a little higher on the freeway but still sits on 105km/h easily.
