The morning greeted us with sunshine and a cool westerly breeze and clearer sky & air from yesterdays dust and the forecast for the breeze to turn to winds, warming up to 25 degrees and possibility of more dust. Made my way across to Manly and arrived about 9.30am with Bandstand Park pretty much full of VW's, people, food vans and swap meet stalls. Car numbers seemed down and as customary there were plenty parked on the street or outside of the Show & Shine Show area. Managed to snap a few pictures before it became all too hard with people walking in front of shots (customary) just as the shutter button was hit - I wonder who this is (@stusbus ) A members T3 - great to catch up Chris (@Dapom )
Caught a glimpse of this on the way out - a Bettle with Electric conversion & stated to be good for 160 hp
A quick hello to Leo (Weekender) as he delivered Stu a coffee and noticed Bodo leaving in his T3. Old_Dubber was there as saw his MarkI Golf parked out back but couldn't find him nor Double Cab
I was there Bert, parking attendent then BBQ. Took the '68 Kombi down and Ingrid came down later in the Golf. Catch you down the road!
