Floyd the tintop has been sold & replaced with a new project......A UTE!!!
Looks pretty tidy but you should have got a T3
Looks nice but that bull bar does nothing for it.....
Personally love the bull bar.
Does not look like much of a project though, Pretty tidy.
Twas touch n go with T3 Phil but fell for the ute
Yeah, dunno about the aesthetics of the Bullbar, but I do like the additional protection
Cheers 68 bus, mechanically she's good with a 2 litre, just needs a new paint job, jury is still out regarding the bullbar
It will enjoy missing the sub zero Canberra winter temps......
Nice Ute, looks like Bronco Brown Whitie, close if not?? Whats original? you sticking with it or changing it up?
Welcome to the world of kombi ute ownership, It doesn't look to bad at all. enjoy your new project wherever it takes you.
Patrick be watching how good you get the paint Whitie?
Nice. Still plan on fitting the Samson Magnums? I hear BF Goodrich are re-releasing the 14 inch T/A Radial - could be a neat option?
Nearly pulled the trigger on this one myself !!
Nice to see it going to an enthusiast & not a flipper
Look forward to seeing it around the beaches mate.......
yes, welcome to the club of SC owners - see how long it takes to be asked by an admirer...you did a great job of cutting down a bus into the ute......... then the comment will be....... Jee, I didn`t realise they came as a ute. Great fun.
Enjoy the heater - it really works - same volume as a bus going into a quarter of the space and remember to wind one of the windows down a touch before closing the door - you`ll work out why
Or the other question:
“So, what was it before?”
Congratulations Tony ..... staying in the KC family
Hi Jethro, I so love the bronco brown's, but we're thinkin maybe a deep ruby Red with caramel canvas canopy, any thoughts?
Yeah, Magnums are goin on for sure, as soon as we've done the blue slip. BF Goodrich? dunno much about tyres, you think their a good choice
I get everything your sayin, Doors wont close fully, then open a window ya dil , & is that a ute? a kombi ute? Yeah. Wow never seen them before
That's why I bought it, unique.
Typically like KC members, Patrick was a absolute gentleman to deal with & every informative, hope he follows the progress
